why do we think that we get less salary than our market value

i suppose you already made benchmarks with similar work you for you to think that thought. it's a matter of looking at your true worth and the fulfillment you get out of your work.

I feel the same way and get really envious on others who work less than me but get paid double or triple my salary. I know I'm worth more that what my job now pays me but I can't do anything at the moment until I find another job that would pay more than what I am receiving now. Good luck to us!

i guess everyone thinks they are worth more especially when you see what wages other people especially sports people and celebtities get and they probably don't even work as hard as the ordinary hard working people...

because it is the case, when you ask another person who has same experience like you, working in another company and getting much more than you, you come to know what is the current market value.
