I heard about a mango festival in New Delhi that happens every July, and I was gonna come out this year, but I unfortunately had to change my plans. Happy eating whatever variety you tuck into! take care...

hi biggerb Nice to meet a fellow mango lover! I guess everyone has their preferred way of eating mangoes - do you slice yours into cubes? When is the next mango season for you? Living in England, we obviously don't have the climate for mangoes (though global warming might well spin things on their head), but mangoes do get imported and know is the time for them to roll their way in. I love the summer because of that! I don't know all of the names of the ones we get (though they all tasted just as loveley!)- the ones I know by name are Julie mangoes, Alphonso mangoes, Ghana mangoes & Honey mangoes. Which varieties do you get? take care!

I don't care for mangoes, but my sugar gliders LOVE them. I constantly have mangoes in the house when I can find good ones. I then cut them up and freeze them because my gliders only eat like a 1/5 of a mango at a time. My sugar gliders will eat anything if I mix it with mango. The real nice thing about mangoes is I can spoon them over anything else and they are so juicy that the juice drips onto whatever else I put in there and they eat it up.

Hi vicneedscoffee! What are sugar gliders? If mangoes aren't your thing, what fruit/s do you really like?

Of course! Whatever it is, a typical mango, dried mango, or even shake.

Hi alphablue! I tried mango lassi for the first time the other day and it was DIVINE. I'm selective about dried mangoes, but the organic ones taste the best to me. So what varieties of mangoes have you been digging your teeth into lately?
