Do you like your fridge?

Question is simply my friends! I know the case perfectly myself and I am wondering how much of you are doing the same thing. I mean... How much of you goes to the kitchen, open up the fridge, look inside at close it, couse there's nothing to just grab from there and eat. Then go back to the room. Am I the only person here that does that?

Nope you're definitely not the only one. I tend to do that alot. We always have the same things here so I never get a chance to have something different. So it's a pain to be really hungry like I am now, go to the fridge and not find anything that interests you to eat. I plan to try and change that today, see if I can take a trip to the grocery store and find some new things to fix.

You aren't alone! I got tired of doing that, so I went to the grocery just yesterday and filled my frig with veggies, fruits, yogurt, eggs, and other delicious stuff. It's great to open it and see all the great colors and foods in there!

I do that on occasion, but only because I am living in my parents' house right now and sometimes they got to the grocery story and buy new things which end up in the refrigerator. But if I already know what is in there, I don't go down and check unless I know it contains something that I want.

I think it is not so much a fact of there not being anything to eat in my fridge more likely that I don't feel like eating anything that is in my fridge! I cook mostly from scratch so there aren't many snacks hanging around in my fridge waiting for me to eat them. If I saw to eat something from my fridge it would be raw vegetables or I would have to cook something. Sometimes, if it is not meal time, I cannot be bothered making something for a snack, so like you, I will walk and look and turn away again. Maybe it means we are not truly hungry, or we are lazy, or both!

hungry + lazy definitly! I have the same fridge problem as you, only raw things inside. Sometimes I even grab something and stand in front of the frdge wondering: "do I really want to eat that?", hehe.

Yes, I have decided that I have to buy more interesting but healthy options for me to snack on at home so I don't spend so much on take away foods! It is very easy to spend $40 on a quick snack while you are at the shops with the kids!
