People always keep discussing that it is not advisable to eat foods in restraunts while the same recipies made st home do not affect the body. Does eating "away home" foods really increase the fat or it is the content that matters??

Yes I have been told this too as I hate cooking and take any opportunity to go out for dinner, I think maybe because they use a lot of sauces maybe, I don't know for sure, I always think their meals look pretty good so long as you go to a good restaurant...

Well it's not a point of takin a good restraunt in account Most of the people are real Gluttons. but they r slim as cmpared to people of low diets. Does food on all strikes takes the part of fat....... as far as this point is considered ???

yes theyn do in most of the cases the reason being the oil..generally if you see the amount of oil in the resturant food is always higher than in home made food... there are few people who never put on weight whatever they eat.. but rember its only few people are like that.. most of them do put on weight////

all right ........but it is not always the same. Eating is not always proportional to getting fat.

The difference is that when you cook at home you can control the amount of fat that goes into a meal. The amount of oil used in the cooking and the leaness of the cut of meat. A rstaurant will buy the cheapest cut with their only concern to be if you enjoy the meal and will return to the restaurant.

If you are cooking for yourself then this is surely a lot less fat, couse you have to sweat a little before it is done, hehe.
