How do you upload pictures here on myLot?

I am sorry if this is a silly question, but how do you upload pictures here on myLot? I am trying to figure that one out. Do I need to get to a certain amount of posts before I can do that or what? Where do the pictures go? Like, when I start a discussion if I want to put up a picture of what I'm talking about where can I do that? Also, do you get paid more when you do post pictures in addition to your discussions? Thanks so much for your help and your input! I really do appreciate it! Thanks again! :D

You may have already received the answer but I can't see it yet since I'm posting from my email but I'll add my 2 cents worth.
When I first came here I tried in vain to upload my avatar but couldn't. I even contacted myLot!
It seems that myLot doesn't support .bmp format pictures. They should be in .jpg or .gif format to be uploaded. I believe they discuss this somewhere, but can't remember where.
Anyway, make sure they aren't .bmp, go to 'edit your preferences' and you should be on the page to upload pictures.
