Definitely there is no choice that beinf a boss is a more fulfilling experience than being an employee but first one has to learn every small little things about business rather than starting early and ending as failure. So I'm happy being an employee now.

For now, I would still like to be an employee. I am not yet ready to be s boss. I don't have yet enough experience on how to handle people. I don't think I am ready to manage a company. I am afraid I will break under pressure. He he he. I still want the lax side of after work, i will go home and pamper myself. managing a company and making people follow you is a tough job, I think. We cannot please all people and it's hard to manage people because you should not be emotionally involved. The sensitivity side should be weigh. take care =)

I would rather be self-employed. I think it is so much of less confusion this way..

I don't like to work, but if I don't work, who is going to pay my tuition, fee, supplies, rent, etc. Working is not a choice, it's mandatory in life.

It's ok to work and being supervised by your boss but being the boss yourself would be more fufilling.
