The second she is unable to care for the child properly be it 13 or 63.

As long as they are capable of doing so...why stop it? Because there are some old women around 40's and 50's who were able to deliver their last child.
To answer your question... until they are completely menopause... around the age I already mentioned above.

Well I would say when it becomes a danger to herself or the baby, but it's really up to the individual woman whether she wants to take an extra risk and have a child. It's her body and her decision.

When ever the woman decides that she is ready to stop having children.
Of course sometimes here body will decide that for her!
