Here is mine for a quick and easy Roast that is juicy and even comes complete with the gravy already done.
Roast
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 package of onion soup mix
Put the roast in your normal roast cooking dish, I prefer a glass casserole dish with lid. DO NOT DILUTE mix the cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and onion soup mix together and pour on top of the roast. Cook the roast as you normally would. I use a 325 degree oven and I cook it until the meat falls apart.

Black Forest Dessert
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
16 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
1-1/2 cups canned cherry pie filling
POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
COARSELY chop 10 of the cookies; stir into pudding mixture. Spoon half of the pudding mixture into 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl. Spread 1 cup of the remaining whipped topping over pudding mixture. Top with 1 cup of the pie filling, remaining pudding mixture, remaining whipped topping and 1/2 cup pie filling.
CUT remaining 6 cookies in half; place on top of dessert.

Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
chives, black pepper & garlic powder to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.
