Here is mine for a quick and easy Roast that is juicy and even comes complete with the gravy already done. Roast 1 can Cream of Celery Soup 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 package of onion soup mix Put the roast in your normal roast cooking dish, I prefer a glass casserole dish with lid. DO NOT DILUTE mix the cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and onion soup mix together and pour on top of the roast. Cook the roast as you normally would. I use a 325 degree oven and I cook it until the meat falls apart. I will post more later. Please share your favorite recipe with all of us. Also, if you try someone's recipe please post on here and let us know how you liked it.
