Oil inventories fall by 4.6 billion

Today the Energy Department announced oil inventories fell by 4.6 billion last week. A continued statement released tells of crude oil falling 23.6 billion over the last 4 weeks. There seems to be no answer as to why the sudden falling of inventories, so is this just another fleecing of America.
