Not really, I lived in Washington state for 9 years....That's pretty much all it does there is rain.

I don't love it as much as I did when I was a child, though there is a certain quality to rain that can't be beaten.

I love the rain. A nice walk in a warm rain with the person you care about can be soooo romantic!!!
