How Can I make Money From Google

Please someone, I hear that many people are making money freely up to $1000 a week from Google. I don't know whether this is possible or sheer exaggeration, but my email box is always full of ads, please help me.

Well actually that $1000 is really need lot of time and big effort in making blogs, website, etc. Because in order to get lot of visitor, you have to promote your blog or site in many sites.
And its not easy things to do, i've tried once, but somehow since i'm still have college and need to study, so i gave it up.
