What do you like putting on your apple pie?

Sometimes, I'll buy apple pie from the store. And, then dress it up with my own toppings. I like to sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top of each slice. I've been known to drizzle Hershey's syrup over a pie slice. I like eating apple pie with a scoop of vanilla icecream, too! How do you like eating apple pie?

I've done all of that before. except for the Hershey's syrup. I have used carmel dessert sauce sometimes and zigzagged it over the top of the pie. I've also decorated the plate with it. Apple pie with ice cream is the best.

Oh, yes, caramel syrup and a few toasted pecans would be good as well. This is not a good discussion for bed time.

More apple pie, of course. Heated, I will put a pat of butter (bad) or ice cream on it. I have had it with cheddar cheese. I like apple pie most ways you can make it.

I like apple pie but the bottom crust more than anything else, more so that the filling. I like to top it off with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.

I like putting vanilla ice cream on my apple pie warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream smothered over it is the best way to eat pie!

I live whip cream on it myself. Or vanilla ice cream. I will have to try cinnamon and sugar ontop and also Hershey's syrup. I am sure they both taste good that way.

I love cinammon but never use it much as my daughter tends to take a bit of an allergic reaction to it! I do like it with vanilla ice cream but I also love it with custard! Yummy! xxx

I don't like adding anything to my apple pie. I just like it how it is or I would have it with cold ice cream. I really like the ice cream and apple pie combination!

I normally make my apple pie. I make an apple butter apple pie that is really good. It does not need anything added to it. It almost tastes like a caramel apple filling. I have heard of people butting cheddar cheese on apple pie before.

Ow boy, did you make me drool over that apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I guess i either eat it as above or just plain simple depending on the mood. P.S.: Yum yum !

I like mine with a bit of warm brown cheese. The creaminess and tanginess are a perfect compliment to the taste and texture of the pie. I don't think I could do the syrup!

Me I like cream or custard as a favourite topping ,ice cream is ok too but the cold gets into my teeth.
