Software to Help Writing

Hello! I am a starting writer and I am looking for software that will help with writing a novel. Does anyone know if there is soem software that will help with punctuation and spacing and such?

Final Draft 7. I use it for my screenplays and short stories. It's a little costly, but it's worth it. Trust me on this one. I think you can download a free trial from the official website. I could be wrong, so look for a free trial on a downloading site.
