There're many kinds of anti-virus software, which kind is effective on a comprehensive. Some will say that different type focuses on a particular type of virus. But we can't install all of these kinds on one laptop, huh? So which one do you choose and why? Currently, i'm using nod32, my friend recommends it, she says it is very good. **Enjoy life~~**

well,I use kaspersky which produced by Russian and it's free on net,I think it's better than symantec antivirus,'cause I use the first one early I guess. And I recently find my friend using McAfee virusscan8.0,I recommend u to try any of it for some time, and find one at last which u like best. It's a easy way for anybody.

Hello, uplin2me, i know Kaspersky, and it has a funny name in Chinese which means when one computer uses this kind of software, the speed of computer is very low and always tend to shut down. Very interesting. McAfee is good, one can register by using an email and then the software can be updated onlin, that's cool, don't need to buy. Thanks for sharing **Enjoy life~~**

Earlier i was using Trend Micro Pc-cillin, which i bought for Rs700/= for one year period of validity. As the validity period has expired, only last week my friend advised me not to buy any anti virus software, but rather go,for a free version available in the internet. So I downloaded "AVIRA ANTIVIR PE CLASSIC" from the net, it holds a validity period of six months. I think it is very effective than that of the earlier one that i had used.
