Who will be Tim Russert's sucessor?

Who will be Tim Russert's sucessor in NBC? I can only think of two people right now Keith Olberman and Dan Abrams. Both Keith Olberman and Dan Abrams seem to have the attacking mode that no one can reply properly too that Tim Russert had. Keith seems to be the most emotional with the loss but Dan Abrams more pragmatic in that aspect. Dan Abrams seems to ba also a lawyer like Tim Russert and seems to have a more aggressive attacking mode compared to Tim Russert but Keith Olberman is more subtle. Who do you think will be Tim Russert's Successor even if they are not the two I named above?
