Unverified Paypal

Greetings! I have unverified paypal account. I have read threads on unverified paypal account and start getting confuse. I've linked my paypal with my bank account. I haven't used credit card or debit card to verify it.Question is, do i need to verify my paypal account with a credit card or debit card eventhough I have linked it with my bank account to recieve money?

No, it should be already verified with your bank account. Anyway if you log-in it says if your PayPal account is verified or not near your account balance ;-) FAQ, here: http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/verification-faq-outside#can

I have added my bank account, but still my status is unverified. What I can see in there is "unverified means you haven't added and confirmed a credit card to your account"

Thanks for the link. I have known that only US residents can verify their paypal account with the bank account. Since I am from Asia, they require me to verify it with a credit card which I don't have. Thank for very much for the help. Happy posting!

When you link a credit card you have to complete the verification inserting a code they send you in your credit card bill. I guess it works like that for your bank account too, so first step is linking it but then you have to complete the registration inserting the right code. Try to go in profile settings where appears the name of your bank account and near modify/remove should appear something like "Give PayPal code".

I didn't use ether a credit card or a debit card to get verified with my Pay Pal account. All I did was open a savings account and gave them the account bank and the account number. They put a few cents into the account and then I had to let them know how much they put into the account and I was verified.

I myself am having trouble with getting my paypal accnt verified. Through an online bisiness that i am an affiliate of, I learned about one called Real Merchant Account, that is offerring a credit card processing program for free. I dont know much more about it but am most defintely checking into it.

Yes you have to verify in order to transfer money from bank accounts and transfer money to bank accounts. I have unverified alertpay account which i need to verify it.

Hello! I have also unverfied Alertpay but my concern right now is unverified paypal. Do you have unverified paypal account sir?
