Yep I am a sad Gissi today 
yesterday I hurt my Back Leg and I can't jump on the Settee and that, I can't put weight on it, it is my own Fault though, but don't tell Mum I said that
Then just now Mum was packing a bag, so I know she is going somewhere without me, Gissi, she is leaving her little Gissi behind. Mum says she wants to take me but she can't, she did tell me that my Auntie Darkwing is on her way though and that she will be staying with me while Mum has to go away, Mum has been crying a lot to, so I think it must be because she is going to Vets now 
I love my Auntie Darkwing and I have promised Mum that I will be good for her, but I don't want Mum to go I will miss her so much. I have got Mum's Jacket in my Bed and Mum said I can keep it in my Bed till she comes back, so I can feel close to my Mum then
Mum told me that she has to have some Holes in her tummy to get something removed that is hurting her a lot, I don't want them to put holes in Mum's Tummy, or at least I want to be there to make sure they do not hurt my Mum, but Mum said they won't allow me to go with her, so I am sad now, But I know my Auntie Darkwing will look after me very well as I love her and I will try really hard to be good for her to
Well I am going now I need to get Mum to go to bed as she hardly slept again and she is saying ouch all the time and holding her Tummy

Oh poor Gissi, it is so hard for you and sometimes it is so hard to understand these grown-ups. I am sure you will have fun with Aunty Darkwing, she is such a lovely, kind and caring person - I know she will give you lots of wonderful treats (yum, yum).
It is so sad that mummy has to go away and leave you in the house but you won't be alone and at least it won't be for too long. I know that you want mummy's tummy to get better even though it means that she will have a few holes in it. It will be nice to see her walking around without saying 'ouch' all the time!!
I am thinking of you Gissi, you can always come and share your feelings with us. I send you and mummy a very big hug (each!).

Don't worry wee man Your Mum will be OK , They will take care of her at the human vets , We will be thinking of her pal and keeping her in out thoughts , say hello to auntie darkwing for me and please tell us how you Mam is doing and when she gets home xx

Gissi, I am sorry you have a strain in your back leg. You will have to take it easy. In a way that is good, you will have to behave when Mum comes home to recover. She will rest so much better when this is all over with. I know she is scared, and worried, and that makes you worry as well. Enjoy every minute with your Auntie Darkwing. You can know that they are taking good care of your mum.

Oh Gissi, I hope you leg gets better. The Vet will take really good care of Mum. She will be in good hands and God will be looking down on her and guiding the vets to do the right thing. She will miss you more then you can imagine and I am sure she wishes you could be with her. Maybe if Darkwing talks to the hospital and gives you a good bath (Yes I said a BATH) because the hospitals require you to be super clean. When Our Jenny was in the hospital she had a very friendly and sweet puppy come to see her. And it made a world of a difference.

Poor Gissi. To bad they will not let you into the hospital. That would be such a warm greeting for you to be there when she was recovering. Wow! Mum will be home in just one day. That is unbelievable. Darkwing will take very good care of you for that one day. Try to behave and be supper happy when Mum gets home - but be really careful because she will be sore.

Aw Gissi - cheer up sweetheart. Mum is going away only for a little while and will be so much better when she comes home. Take good care of Aunty Darkwing for Mum Gissi. That's the best thing you can do right now. All of Mum's friends are praying really hard for her, so she will come home to you and not have to cry so much and be able to sleep better. Now give Mum a kiss and show her what a brave boy you can be while she's gone so she doesn't worry about you.

Gissi, you tell your Mum that I'm just fine and that it's her turn to worry about herself for awhile. She's knows she's loved, but only she can take care and think of only herself right now. We will survive and be here for her when she's well enough to be with us again. So be good while she's gone and very loving when she gets home - NO messing up her bed! LOL

Hey Gissi Im sorry Im alittle late on this discussion but Aunt Terry has not been on here alot. I am so sorry you hurt your paw. I talked with mom and she was upset about it. I know you will miss your mom but in no time she will be home you my little man. Then you both can take of each other. Love you lots and mom too. Hugs and kisses.

Oh poor Gissi, please do not worry, your mum will be okay!
I know you (and she) are very scared, but these kinds of things usually do make us worry and then when it is over, we wonder why we worried so about it!
Be assured your Mum has LOTS of prayers and good wishes going to this surgery with her. I am sure she will be just fine.
You be extra good for Auntie Darkwing, and snuggle Mum's jacket if you miss her. She will be back before you know it!

I know you're worried about your mum Gissi. We all are. It's because we love her so much and don't want her to be in pain. But I know she will come home just fine, so try not to worry about her too much and don't do anything more to hurt yourself. She is going to need you to watch out for her when she gets home. Gissi.. I am so sorry you hurt your leg...now you be a good boy and take it easy...that way Mum won't have to worry about you!
And Gissi...Mum is going to be very fine..she will require some good tending and some gentle touch...but she will be good as new soon...This is a little secret I know...so you rest easy and it will all be better soon...

I know you want to go with your mom, Sissi, but hospitals don't allow pets. Your mom will be just fine and before you know it, she will be back home again, free of the pain. Just be careful and don't jump on mommy for a while because you might hurt her if you land on the surgery site. Hugs Gissi

Oh Gissi I know you are sad and I think it is very cute that you have taken mums coat into your bed so that you feel closer to her! Mum would take her with you if she could but you know that Auntie Darkwing has travelled a long way to look after you and I am sure that you 2 will have fun together! I heard how you hurt your leg too you ailly thing and maybe next time you will think before you do that! Mum will be back in no time honey - just wait and see! Hugs Auntie Mo xxx

Aww Gissi...it's Pyewacket here..my cousin Kissy is snoozing AGAIN...wow that kitty can sure sleep, but at least that way I can be at the computer all by myself and my mom is in the kitchen cleaning up the dinner dishes.
How did you hurt your back leg...hope you get better soon. And I know you feel sad that your mum is going away to the vets for awhile but when she comes back she'll be so much better and not in pain from her tummy anymore. Do you know how long your mum is going to be away? That's so nice of Auntie Darkwing to be coming over and taking care of things while your mum is away and I know she'll take really good care of you. Tell your mum we're all sending our thoughts and prayers that all will be well with your mum

mum. dont worry about Mum as she is going to be just
fine. the doctors and nurses are going to take really really
good care of her. she is going to the vets so she can be
all well again. And you love your Auntie Darkwing so You will

I am sad to hear that your mum has to go and get that done. But when she comes back home she will be better. I know you don't want her to hurt so this is for sake of getting her better. I will keep her in my prayers. Before you know it she will be home again.

Petie here, I am sorry to here about your leg, I have hurt my let before and I know how it it not be able to jump on the couch. I hope your hoppy leg is better.
I want to let you know that your mum called my mum last night. I was pretending to be asleep but I was listening to their discussion instead.
They where talking about your mum's vet visit today. My mom things your mum will be OK even thou your mun has that pesky lung condition. My mom being a nurse has seen this surgery a lot and and knows the type of medications they give your mum.
I hope you are not going to be too mad at your mum when she returns. You would not be confortable at the vets with mum would would have to be tied to the bed while mum is having her procedure. It would scare you more then the day the men in white coats came for mom.
At least you have auntie darkwing staying with you. She loves you just like you are hers.
I am sending you lots of loves and kisses and but sniffs.

Oh, little Gissi *pets* I know you back legs hurts you right now but it'll feel better soon i'm sure. For now just have Auntie Darkwing lift you on and off the settee. Problem solved :D
As for your Mum, you would not like where she is going. But don't worry, the people vet will make her all better and soon enough you'll be able to play together without her saying, "OUCH!" all the time. Just have lots and lots of fun with your Auntie Darkwing and your Mum will be back before you know it!
