computer radiation? how much do we get?

i've been working online a lot lately and am very concerned of the possible health risks. are there any well founded facts regarding computer radiation and how much time should we spend using it. thanks!

Hi Experts say that by sitting in front of computers, we are getting radiation and it will adversely affect our skin and eye. All computer monitors emit low level of radiation. I don't know whether this information is authentic.

I'm not sure either. I'd also like to know how much damage we might potentially get not only from using computers excessively but also from cellular phone usage. I'll be checking back to see if anyone has any pertinent information. Hopefully someone finds helpful information!
