How to lose weight in one month?

Have you ever seen the moive"How to lose a guy in 10 days"?Today i have a plan,i am going to lose 10 pounds in 30 days. I am 170cm and 135pounds.From July,I go to swim once week,practise yoga once a week(I know it is too little). From today,I will keep doing these things,and adding more exercise. 1.at home exercise 30 mins every day. 2.using shiseido'body creator with my stomach,arms and hips. 3.(a)morning:eat a lot:rice with meat and veg.Or bread with milk (b)lunch:some salads (c)fruit,soup,veg and red meat.NO RICE PUNISHMENT!!!!!!!!! If eat icce-cream,must do 30 more mins exercise. Everyone can give me some suggestion or good idea,friends.Thanks a lot!!!!!!

It seems that weight loss has been the trend now! LEt me share what I do when I gave birth. I don't have any exercise during that time since it is not allowed so I do drink some solution which is all natural. It's called salt water flush. Its a form of detoxifying the body. I drink 3-4 glasses of warm water with rock salts everymorning. Then I can only have my teeth brushed and meal after an hour. I did that for a week then I stop. I replace the lemon honey and warm water and did it for a week too. Then after that I start my water therapy. Well it seems worth it since I came back from by body before I got pregnant.

Ayessa, I am a bit confused, you did the drinking during the morning before you ate, I think that much is correct? yes then what did you do the rest of day? did you eat or only drink that, Thank you. I all ways thought salt would retain water in a person. please explain more .. that was great you lost all the weight. it must of been nice, It took me 5 years to get back to where I was after my son. Yet, I guess I really did not try hard.

I drink that first thing in the morning without taking anything then after an hour I can eat anything and the rest of the day will be just usual. You can eat but it will be more effective if you decrease intake of fatty foods. The salt will not retain to your body it will eliminate all the waste inside your body.

Ayessa, I will try it, I think that is the most newest and interesting way that I have ever known, I know it must of been around a long time, but I have never heard of it, and I will give my daughter in law this. Thank you

I've been trying to lose some weight on a strict diet but I have been failing because it is really hard for me to stop eating too much food. I hate to admit this but it's true and I should have punished myself for not obeying doctor's order to reduce eating food....*slap myself in the face*

Do not do that. It is not going to help. Physical abuse is not the help. Believe you can do it. Then you will do it correctly.

People say that eating rice and potato increases weight. But I just don't believe in this saying. I will tell you why. While I was in college, I never ate chapattis, I only ate rice and bread, chapatis may be once in a blue moon and potatoes, I loved and often ate. But I had just the right weight then and now when I eat rice at noon and chapatis at night and simply avoid potatoes, may be once in a blue moon I take potatoes, still I am over weight now. Now what do you say about it. The difference is just that earlier, I was on move and now I am at home. No walking. In my opinion, the best way to lose weight would be walking. Walk as much as you can to lose weight. I have no time to go for walks now and got overweight.

The best way to loose some of your weights is to diet.. Dieting is the best way to reduce bodyweight.. Itz better for you to do some exercises everyday..

Judging from your height and weight, you really don't need to lose weight. Unless a physician has a concern about a particular health condition, you've not at an unhealthy weight. Also, most physicians have said that it's not healthy to lose more than two pounds in a week of heavy exercise and dieting. Right now, it just seems like you're another victim of the weight loss craze.

You don't need to give too much limit to yourself! Just keep calm mood, and have a diet ,proper sports which is also enough! I think you will success to lose weight,please belive in yourself too!

Key thumb for losing weight is- don't starve yourself. Of course exercise is important, but I think adapting to low GI food is a good strategy. Low GI food = pasta, and a serious no no to rice/potatoes sort of things.

You should drink everyday atleast one cup of red tea. It really helps to get slim. It doesn't make you loose any pounds, but it stops your body from regenerating it's fat. Your body will just say: "fat? I'm not talking this, go away!" ^^. Cheers and happy myloting.

Hi, For me, I lose weight if I walk for half an hour daily. Brisk walking helps me a lot. I drink plenty of fresh water. I consume less sugar when I am on diet plan. No starving. Starving only makes me weak and then eat more. So, lots of walking, plenty of fresh fruits, lots of vegetables helps me lose weight. Hope it helps you too... Take care..

You can try aerobic exercise, it can help you burn the fat in your body. And walk around the park for 30 minutes every evening. After a few weeks, you'll notice the difference. Personally, I wouldn't recommend you to starve yourself. You can have more meal but less portion in every meal.

Very simple, don't eat anything at dinner, just water. But make sure you have eaten enough rolled oatmeal with fruits or wholewheat bread with fruits or veggies before 6 pm so you can withstand not eating the whole night till morning. You can eat rice (not fried please) for breakfast but stick to just one cup also at lunch time. Strictly No meat, only vegetables and regular 1 hour exercise in the morning.

Wow! I don't even know how to lose weight and I've been trying since i was in high school. lol. I guess must do a lot of exercise and eat less^^ Well, I'm on diet too:PP

In 6 weeks I lost 5 inches, I would go to the gym twice a week, and walk on the treadmill and the stepper. Other than that, I ate the same and drank more water. I seem to be one that needs to move more, to keep my weight off. Others, can eat and eat and never gain a pound, my grandfather was that way, he could eat or drink anything and stayed the same. I guess I took after my grandmother's side, they have hips. good luck for the next 30 days.
