Have you tried drinking 4 glasses of water upon waking up in the morning?

They say it's effective in detoxifying the body. They are quite popular in Japan right now? Anybody from Japan here? according to the Japanese medical society drinking 4 glasses of water on an empty stomach will 100% cure the following diseases: Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases. I tried doing this yesterday and I wasn't able to do it. I just drank 1.5 glasses of water and I feel so bloated already. Today I was able to drink 1 glass only, already skipped breakfast as I feel so bloated.

Drinking waer first thing in the morning is good as there is no food in the body to interfer with the cleansing process. Start with 1 glass and work your way up.

Dear friend,first u start with one glass,u drink in a sitting position,then 1.5 the next day,and thus gradually come to four glasses,u sure will be able to do it,never mind if u vomit !When u can eat a lot of things and drink plenty of drinks why cannt u drink 4 glasses?But when u reach 4 glasses dont leave,u must become rigid !Nothing will happen to u.I am on water therapy since more than 10 years and not gone to a doctor.

I can only drink two glass of water at a time, let alone four. Maybe the Japanese are different from us Westerners. Maybe they can drink four glasses at one stretch, but our bodies must be entirely different. They might have different water there. Do they gulp it or sip it slowly, I wonder.

I have never heard of that but I think I will try it. Also, it is a good start to make sure that you get your 8 glasses of water per day. Thanks for the tip!

A friend told me that drinking lots of water first thing upon waking up is good for health. I tried drinking but my empty stomach can't take so much in and I end up drinking a glass of water. Sipping slowly might help as too much water taken suddenly will drown your system.lol

yeah, i've read that too! but the thing is i can't do that.,just like you when i drink a glass of water in the morning i felt bloated already! i guess we need to adjust everyday.,like drink a glass and increase it day by day.,Ü what do you think?

Hi Water therapy can cure many diseases. Now a days it is an emerging branch of medicine. They say that by drinking enough pure water first thing in the morning for a particular period can cure many diseases like constipation, head ache, urinary tract diseases, piles, diabetes etc. This might be correct but I don't know anybody personally had treated by water therapy. Is any body there in myLot who had undergone water therapy?

Well I don't think you need to skip breakfast just drinking water I think it is an important meal of the day. There must be some truth to it but I think they don't discourage you to skip breakfast.
