I am in the same situation where you're at right now, my boyfriend and I have have been together, almost three years now. Some things change, the relationship ain't that exciting anymore but still there is love. Do you believe that if there's no respect there can be no love? I have nothing against you Nikeisha, because I hardly know you, I can't just judge you because of what you posted. This I'm sure is just a test of relationship, you're saying that you're in love, and if you really are, betrayal is out of the picture. Even if you aren't that serious with this OTHER guy yet, just the thought that you already made the move to communicate with him not just for the simple reason of friendship, can be considered cheating already. Why don't you try to rekindle the old flame with your boyfriend... Things change but just a little reminder of your love would probably bring back the old flame of your love. I think about every relationship out there has got room for improvement but in love you take the good with the bad. And relationships grow with time. I do not believe that anyone can fall in love with someone by just seeing a picture. It is normal to have attraction to other people because that is not something that you can really control. It is what you do about it that can be wrong. You can ask any married person who has been happily married for a number of years now if they have ever been attracted to anyone else since being with their spouse and I bet you will get 10 to 1 yeses.
