robot girlfriend for lonely men

So now the Japanese have decided to combat male loneliness by creating a robot girlfriend for them. Now I think technology is great and we do need it in out daily lives, but a mechanical girlfriend? Are they going to create a mechanical boyfriend for women as well? Someone please help me understand.

Hello,campbell! That is really a good news.if the scientists are able to develop a robo girl friend why not they develop a similar boy friend for the lonely ladies.there by the growth of population would be curtailed and at the same time no of diversion cases would be minimised.thanx.

hahahhaa..That's funny but I am sure some will like the idea...No fights and arguments..LOL!I can't imagine myself choosing to have a mechanical partner!

I think that is a bit too much also! However, it would probably sell, and probably at a steep price!

I do not think that I can help you understand this. Although I find it funny. As smart as they are do they really think a robot can meet our emotional needs? I am sure that this woman robot does not require a crystal ball though to figure out. She probably comes with instructions which men will love.
