Are you overweight?

Do you monitor your weight? I see to it that Im having a workout to maintain my ideal weight but whenever I took some days off, fats starts to build fast.

for my height I am slightly over weight. But luckily not by much. I just keep track of my weight to make sure I don't gain anymore. I am working on loosing a bit of weight too.

I am more of a walker. I have asthma so too much jogging can be bad for me.

I moniniter my weight by limiting my supper.I blieve that more supper will gain my weight quickly.In addition,more sleeping will gain my weight too.

Actually i do not monitor my weight (and I really should since I am waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overwight). Fat aleways has a tendency to be gained back fast once You lost it.

I am slightly over weight now even though I monitor my weight. When ever I see That i am putting on more weight, I will do more exercise and take more healthy food and control my weight.

I am overweight, although over the past year I worked my way down from being terribly obese. I was up around 290 pounds, and worked my way down to 185, but now I am hovering back around 195/200 lbs again. The way I lost weight was by watching my calories and by exercising. A free online calorie program http://sparkpeople.com helped me to keep track of where I should be and what I should be doing. I have found that when I'm not watching what I'm eating, or when I'm not keeping track of how much I am eating, then I consume thousands of calories more than I should. Also, when I am exercising (running on a treadmill,) I tend to pay more close attention to what I am consuming for calories... because who wants to waste a workout - when you are working out to lose weight? Currently, I am ill, and the treadmill is out of commission, so the calorie counting and the exercising will begin again another day... soon.

Luckily, I am not overweight. I still watch my weight though. I try to always eat breakfast. I also try to monitor how much food I am eating. I try to limit how much food I eat after dinner. I drink lots of water and very little of anything else. My mom has always battled her weight. I have always felt sorry for her with that. I'm sure that it is not easy.

I do monitor my weight because I dont want to be fat and dont want to be skinny too. I dont exercise that much but i do rely on my diet restriction. I always compare my weight to the Ideal body weight by using the tanhausser's method or just by computing my Body mass index to know if my weight is good.

wow, you are really methodical. I guess you are physically fit. What food do you prefer? protein rich, carbo, etc.?
