Sometimes I feel depressed or sad when I work for 16 to 18 hours a day. I think it must be due to stress and the over workload. Have you ever felt depressed in your life? I love to be happy than being sad or tired how about you?

I love working in the afternoon and night shift...with this i manage to do a lot of thing in the morning at home. Moreover....working load a bit less during afternoon and night shifts compare to morning shift. Need to wake up early to start my morning shift and spend always a busy day throughout the day till 2pm. Then with a tired mental and physical state i go back at home with house chores and kids matters' to settle thus at the end of day i felt depressed and tired. I wish to stay at home and do household chores, take care my kids fully...if only i got enough money to stay out of my job....

Tired, yes. Depressed, well, not that often. I mean if we are talking about a long work day, I really feel very tired at the end of the day. I only tend to get depressed if I do not get to accomplish the things that I am supposed to accomplish. More often than not, after a long day of work, I am tired but fulfilled.

Yes, i have and i agree with you it must be because the whole day you are working and your mind/boby has to face many thing and now after coming from work mind/body needs to take rest but you want to work on computer again- this pressure might increase the depression. take care :)

yes, I am depress and tired staying at home. Opposite to you. I am staying at home and I want to have a job outside home. I used to work before like you did. But since I change residence, I am staying at home. when I was working before, I really long to have a complete rest, no stress, nothing.. and I think staying at home is good? OH NO... Now that I;m here, I don;t like it. It;s so boring at home..I want to go back to work again.... Now a days, you can not find place to be happy. when you work you are tired and unhappy and when you don;t, the more you are unhappy because you have no money. No place to go.. in order to be happy. It is just a matter of mental conditioning. good luck!!!!

I think everyone feels depressed sometime or another in their life. Some doctors say it's from lack of vitamin D which you get from spending time in the sun. If I worked 18 hours a day I would be depressed, too. It's like buying a boat that you can't enjoy because you're never home to take it out. Find something that can make you happy on your time at home such as staring at the stars, going to the beach, or even listening to relaxing music. Taking a long bath always helps me unwind. Food for thought.
