Uploading Images from Google, yahoo, and other websites

There are many members in here whom I think use photos from websites like google. Will it be a problem if we upload a photo for discussions using images that are downloaded from other websites particularly google and yahoo? Will it cost us a legal problem later on? Please post a response in here.
