I am quite disappointed with my officemates

Well this is because me and 3 of my officemates have to work this weekend to attend to our company’s booth in a job fair. Weeks before the event, we already arranged our schedules. Two of us will be assigned on Sunday and the other two would work on Saturday. Because of this I had already fixed my schedule to meet with my girlfriends on Saturday. But then just yesterday, the officemate who is supposed to be there on Sunday asked me to swap schedules with her. I find this unfair because she should have at least informed me earlier.
