My motivation on mylot

I have been on mylot for about two months now,and when I first started I did it to try and make me and my fiance more money,since we are having trouble finding a job right now,now my new motivation to make me work harder is the fact that I want an X-box 360,but not just any X-box 360 Halo 3 special edition,which is four hundred dollars at Wal Mart and it comes with,Special Edition Console (Spartan green with golden trim and Halo graphics,Matching Halo 3 Special Edition Wireless Controller,Matching Halo 3 Special Edition Wired Headset,HD Component Cable,20 GB Hard Drive,HDMI Port,Ethernet cable,Xbox Live Silver (one free month of Xbox Live Gold),Play & Charge Kit (play and charge cable and rechargeable battery pack),Exclusive Halo 3 Theme and Gamer Pics available via Xbox Live,which I think makes it a really good deal,what does everyone else think?The reason I want this Halo 3 special edition X-box 360 is because both me and my brother love the Halo series, and Halo 3 is one of the main reasons I want an X-box 360 in the first place,I also want it so I can get the last episode in the Splinter Cell series,along with various other games that I cant get for my X-box,does anyone own an Halo 3 special edition X-box 360?If so is it as cool as it looks?Does it have any problems?Is the X-box 360 a good system to get?I am also trying to find more ways to save to get this,so if anyone has any suggestions,then please share them with me,and I would appreciate any comments and advice that anyone gives too me. My fiance is also wanting to get a Nintendo Wii, I already have one game system hooked up in my room, and if we have a Nintendo Wii, it may have to be stored until played.

I'm sorry I have no idea about the rest of the topic...I wish someone can give you tips and some expert ideas...
I am motivated here in mYlot, since I haven't join any other site..SO, Ihave all my time being here while my husband is working..But, I will be looking job also soon, I want to earn to help with our expenses..

Good for you both since you have plenty of resources...Actually, I have tried once in another site but I am disappointed since for 3 days, it always says, access denied!

Yeah the economy is going down the drain,which is not good for anyone and is making life harder,and yeah I am glad that me and my fiance have several resources to try and make money to survive on,and I am sorry that you tried another site and that is did not work out for you,maybe you will find another one you can trust,have a great day,good luck in your life,and Happy Posting.

Im really sorry to hear that you cannot find a job, but 1513 posts in 2 months, that is amazing!! u must be relly working your butt off right now. but back to the question, i have a normal xbox 360, but i have seen the halo special edition one, it looks very nice, and seems very durable. there should not be any problems with the xbox 360 now, since microsoft have already fixed the inner problems of the solder melting, i think it is a great system and you should get it, especially halo 3. but the wii is also good (i do have one) and it is good for family and more casual style games. like wii sports and mario and sonic at the olympics.
anyway, hope u get that xbox 360 of yours.

Thanks for your kind words,and yeah I am definately working my butt off and so is my fiance and we are spending most of the day on mylot,posting as many responses and doing as many discussions as we can,that is cool that you have a normal X-box 360, and yeah the Halo 3 edition does look really sweet,and that is true there should not be any problems with the X-box 360 now since Microsoft has already fixed the inner problems,and that is cool that you also have a Nintendo Wii and you are right it is a good family oriented system,and thanks where we stand we almost have enough money to purchase the Halo edition X-box 360,thanks for responding,have a great day,good luck in your life,and Happy Posting.

I am taking this really seriously and I am working my butt off to try and make as much money as I can so I can get the X-box 360,especially since the one I want is a special edition,and I do not know how much longer before it will be sold out.

Well you are doing very good here on Mylot.You have 1100 points,and have only been on this site for two months, that is very good.You are really working hard here. Sorry you can not find a job, I hope you will find one very soon, I too wish you luck in getting these games that you are wanting. I do not have these games myself. I am 56 years, a bit too old to be playing them. But my granddaughter has them. She loves them, and playes them all the time. Good luck too you.

My daughter is wanting a Wii also. We have an Xbox 360, but we have only had it about 7 months. We have had no trouble out of it. We use it more for a DVD player since we didn't want all those different things hooked up. I cant stand wires running everywhere.

Its a good thing to have a motivation like that. I myself only have a regular x-box 360, not the halo version, but I do have halo 3. Halo 3 is fun for maby 6 months or something, but then its starts getting boring and repedeative and starts feeling like a chore...

Yeah I am glad that you agree that it is good to have a motivation like that, and that is cool that you have an X-box 360,but I am glad that you have Halo 3,and Halo 3 does sound like a lot of fun,and I am sorry that you think after six months it starts getting boring an repetitive,but for me I would not have to worry about that,because me and my brother love to play co-op and we never get tired of it,and I never get tired of playing the first Halo,thanks for responding,have a great day,good luck in your life,and Happy Posting.
