What is the key to success in ur opinion?Strong will,hardworking or money?

One thing you need for success is determination. Unless you just inherited your fortune. Most people that acheive something great, whether monetary or otherwise, go through several setbacks or failures before they accomplish what they set out for.

I think it all depends on what you define as success. For some people, success means money and having pots of it. For others it could mean just having a family and for yet more others, it could just mean status. Jean-Paul Getty who was once the richest man in the world, used to recieve a birthday note from his less well off brother who was a happier man - reading "From the world's wealthiest man to the world's richest."
Anyway, I think the key point about succeess is that you need to have a goal. You need to understand what you consider success and then work towards what you want. Of course, when it comes to this, there are people like me, who don't really know what they want and spend their lives on a search, so much so that the search becomes the goal in itself.
Once you know what you consider success, you need to have will. If you have the will to get to what you call success, you will work hard, take risk, persevere and get up and on when you've been knocked down in your journey towards your goal.

The key to success is definitely tremendous amount if belief in yourself. Before achieving anything you have to visualize it. After that put your hardwork into achieving it. Money will follow then.

Hey james_fan I think there is thumbrule theory for success. Whereever you are employed or whatever the job you are doing you will have to watch & wait, keep patience and hard working, sincerity, loyal to the company, devotion to the assignment and honesty these are things which makes a person success . There is no substitute for hard working. By these you canearn name & fame alongwith money as money is not sole criteria.

For me, success is not necessarily being on top but achieving what I desired or my goals. In my opinion, having the right attitude towards work, people around you, the failures and the challenges is the key to success. Having the right attitude would mean standing up after a fall. Never stopping and keep on praying until something happens. The will power to go on no matter what. Dedication and hardwork would follow if you have the right attitude. So for my opinion, its having the right attitude. Take care =)

That depends on how you define "success".
Personally, I believe that a positive attitude is very important. Working hard also has it's rewards.
To me, success is a feeling, not something you can hold, or see. I have been successful at life, raising children and my career. It has nothing to do with money. If you happen to make a lot of money from having a positive attitude and good work ethics, you will be a success.
