Can hell be heaven? and in what ways?
Some things to think about: friends united, lovers united, families united.
And what if? Even though you are in hell, you still chose to be happy? You chose to be happy no matter what happens.
Can hell be heaven?

I don't think so. Hell is supposed to be eternal damnation with suffering and grief. I don't know how anyone could choose to be happy in a situation like that.

You could. One holocaust suvivor once told his guards that they can do anything they want to him. What they can't do, however, is change how he reacts to what they do.

This is true because he had his faith to keep him strong. I saw a funny skit about Hell on Saturday Night Live years ago that I still (for some reason) remember. A young man was listening to rock and roll while getting high and suddenly he grabbed his chest and fell over, waking up in a nice looking living room and wondering if he was in Heaven. Suddenly four old ladies came in with tea and really old time music started playing. He tried to leave and the doors and windows wouldn't open. They informed him that he wasn't in Heaven, he was in Hell...want some tea young man?

I am sorry you believe such a lie of the devil. He is the one who makes people believe such things as you can choose to be happy in Hell. Happiness comes from God above not from the devil below. Joy comes from God not the devil. True happiness is finding Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. There is no joy in hell, no mercy, no tenderness, no love only hate, pain and intense sufferings of which man has no way to identify with while on the earth. The closest thing to that kind of pain is to burn one's body with fire. If you know what fire feels like, if you have ever accidently burned yourself you will know what fire feels like. The fires of hell are everlasting and without end. Along with eternal punishments and everlasting seperation from God, which I believe is the worst pain of all. A person will be subject to the devils devices, and he is the one that hates man, because God made you in His Image after His likeness, not the devils. When the devil looks at man he sees the image and likeness of God, and he hates God. Think of this your soul is eternal, so it is up to you where you spend eternity. Each person has to make his choice, Heaven or Hell and you can only make this choice while you are alive. No way Hell can be Heaven.

How can you be happy when all around you is fire everywhere. I think what you are trying to do is ignore everything. Ignorance is bliss but it require a lot of talent to do that. You can go on to be happy for awhile when the world around you is falling apart but in the end someone will bring you back to reality and it will hurt. Hell can be Heaven if you live alone and or you are the only person on the planet.
