Do you think about the future when making decisions? Or do you live only for today and ignore the future? Which do you think is the best way to live?

i usually live for today, because the future is still unpredictable,no matter how much you plan or try to plan it. there are important things or decisions that you have to think about when taking, because they influence or affect your future, but i am sure that is also a risk, and there are chances that things don't go the way you wanted so it's kind of useless to put the future in front of your decisions. there is the well known saying: yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mistery, today is a gift, that is why we call it the present;)

I can't really tell you which is better. But personally, I always think of the future everytime I make decisions. I wouldn't want to regret having to make decisions that would only be best for the present but have adverse effects on my future. While it is true that we have to live life a day at a time, it is equally important for us to consider what will tomorrow bring. Perhaps the best way would be to exercise prudence and utmost care when making decisions. Good luck and take care!

I mostly live for today, which is not the smartest thing since I have kids. But that's just my mindeset. Luckily my hubby thinks about the future,so we balance each other out!

I plan for the future and my wife lives for today. What a pair we are fighting over what do to tomorrow while we're on our way to do something today. :)

I will be happy today and make some plans to be happy in future! I think we should not be so extreme to anything!
