what does it mean User has not selected a best response

User has not selected a best response
it always does it when i start a discussion why does it do it all the time does it do it do you?

Hello hopejordan,
If it is your own discussion, you need to mark the best response. If not, yours is still consider as unresolved discussion. That's why you see the statement that 'user has not selected a best response'. I always give an ample time like one or two months or whenever I am free or have enough responses to mark the best response.
