We can cook w/out adding excess water or oil & using low heat. Water drains food of essential nutrients & oil adds unwanted fat. Low temperature,H2O-free cooking 2 retain d vitamins minerals n flavor. To promote a healthier lifestyle.

well it is true that we lost lots of vitamin by overcooking that can be saved by cooking the food to limit. or other alternative is that we can consume salads and fruits to remain healthy.we should eat fruits with good vitamins and minerals so that we get maximum out of it.....

thats nice tip...ive been cooking and always on a high temp for quick easy cooking..well i will try cooking in a low temp.
