Hi! :) I was just wondering if anyone could tell me states that generally have cheap real estate. I wanted to look for a state that has seasons, and isn't always just hot or cold. And I don't want ugly run down houses x.x But I don't really need a huge house either.

I hear that a lot of people like Georgia because of the low housing cost. I would not want to live there because of the extreme weather. When it is hot, it is very hot. When it is cold, it is freezing.

I'll defeniatly look some stuff up there...but I'm with you on this one. I don't like real extreme weather, I'd prefer mild seasons lol. Thanks!

Hello there. I live in Indiana and real estate is fairly reasonable here. We have summer, winter, spring and fall every year. We have hot, mild and cold weather here. I bought my home brand new in 1998 and it was very reasonable. We could not afford a high house payment either and still can't. I would definitely suggest Indiana.

Ooo I never thought of Indiana, but I'll defeniatly do look some up now! =P Thank you! And I really appreciate you explainin the weather/seasons, that' really important to me! Having moved to Arizona when I was 1, and been here my whole life...I've never really exeprienced all the seasons the way they should be
