Paypal vs Moneybookers

I am very new to this game so I want to post this question to the experienced users out there. Among the two, Paypal and Moneybookers, which is the easiest to manage from registration to receving your earnings incurred in myLot? Are there pros and cons on using it.
An informative response is highly appreciated.

I didn't even knoe that it was possible for us to be paid via money bookers... are you sure about that? I prefer moneybookers. But it depends on where you live in the world. I would only recommend you moneybookers if you are from Europe. Otherwise go with Paypal.

Thanks for your reply Phlamingho. Yes it is possible to get paid via Moneybookers.com, you can read more in the FAQ section of myLot. It is stated there that if you live somewhere that Paypal is not present then you can use Moneybookers.
Both options are available in Canada. What I would like to know is which is easier to use and how safe is it.

do you need to validate moneybookers with credit card like paypal in order to receive a check cashout :?
