i hate when paypal takes it all

i do alot of ptc, surveys, paid to post etc. every once in a while i notice that some sends me my earnings and paypal takes that amount in fees asap. so insted of getting my money i get zero. that just doesnt make sense. it only happens every once in awhile and it drives me nuts when it does. about 3 weeks ago it did it with 1.32 in earnings from one site. and toda it did it with 2 cents earnings. i dont know what causes that to happen either. all i know is i am not happy with paypal.

If you have a business or premiere account with Paypal, they will take fees out of your earnings. I use their free personal account do they never take out any fees on me. I used to have my account upgraded to premiere when I ran a website online. the fees killed me. I changes it back to the free personal account to avoid any fees at all taken by them.

I have had no problems with that yet. I hope I don't either. I don't have much going in there, but I don't want to donate it to them either.

well that sucks, That is why I try to wait to take my earnings until I know I have a good chunk of change as the smaller the amount the more fees they seem to take.
Hope that things get better or just sign up for Alertpay...although they have fees too.

Hi,
I am using PayPal Personal account. So far, PayPal never charges any fees from the payments I received. 
Io think it would be better if you could change your account back to free personal account.

I've read somewhere that paypal deducts $0.30 from payments under $5. Is that the reason why?
