Do you have a coffee each morning? How many cups do you drink a day?

I have been drinking coffee every morning for many years now and I seem to love it more and more everyday. Does anyone else out there have a nice warm drink to start their day? I like my coffee nice and strong with lots of milk - just so it doesn't burn my tongue! My favourite has to be home brewed cuppachino - this means I get to make it just to my liking. Are you a picky coffee drinker? Since having children I have not been able to stand any sugar in my coffee - do you like sugar or are you sweet enough? I probably have three cups on average per day but quietly have been known to drink six without thinking about it! Do you curb your coffee drinking habit or do you just drink as many as you feel like in a day?

Dear mabebyrobyn, My friends and people around me do have the same coffe drinking habit that you have. That is why we Starbucks shops are always full. As we all know, drinking too much coffee is not good for your health. Another thing that is going to affect people healthwise is the amount of sugar they consume, Therefore it is best that you watch your dier. Good Luck and Stay Healthy.

It is true that you should drink coffee in moderation - actually we should do everything in moderation! Lucky that I don't have sugar in my coffee anymore so I don't have to worry about my consumption of sugar. All this talk about coffee makes me want one now!

I think everyone likes a good cuppachino - strange that you can drink them when you don't like the taste of coffee because usually they are made with a nice strong brew of coffee. Maybe you just have a refined palate and just like good coffee! I don't like tea much myself!

Since the pregnancy, I have to watch my sugars too. I cut out all the coffee when I was pregnant and sort of lost the taste for it. When she was born, I picked it up again when she switched to the bottle. Then I enjoyed it with milk. I don't use cream, only cause it's just one more thing to buy. Then I switched to tea and honey. And I've been with that for four years. It's very delicious and super healthy! Unfortunately, I still make my tea in the microwave and sometimes it's just as strong as a cup of coffee!
