I spent hours last night with a pad of papper and a good old fashion box of crayons. No pressure to create the next master piece or fear of wasting materials. It fely really good to put "spmething" down on paper and create something . Sometime we all need to scribble! I want to tahnk everyone who responded with such good advice on a previous mylot post. I feel like I am coming back!

another good idea for inspiration. keep a drawing journal with crayons. date it each day on each page, and draw whatever comes to your mind for that day. it is interesting to look back on it later to see if each page flows from day to day and what it says about you daily.

HI fifileigh. Your star looks so sad. I rated you possitive and a "best response" to try and get it up some. I really like your daily idea and you deserve the "best response". I am afraid it might reveal that I need top stop playing with crayons! just kidding. Even my teenages will colour with me. When we go camping I always have colouring contest and really silly prizes! Thank for the wonderful idea and respose.

You should continue playing with crayons I love your "scribbles" the colors just look alive, and the picture is really cool... I can't find the words to describe what I mean, just know that I think this rocks and I don't think you should stop

That was a very nice comment pitgull. I really appreciate you taking the time to post. I do feel much better about "being creative" than I did a few days ago. Tomorrow we are heading north for some peaceful rejuvination and I already bought and packed some new crayons for everyone!

awesome:) i can't remember the last time i broke out the crayons. i used to color the sheet with all different ones, then overlay it with black and scratch through the black to make designs.you should try it,it's fun ..burns up the black crayon, but i suppose other colors could be used.

Hi scarlet_woman! I love doing that with crayons. Now you can buy sheets like that already coloured and ready to scratch or etch. I bought some for the kids at Michaels Art store. I can easily spend hours in there! Thank you for your "awesome" comment!

wow , teka44 I sure do like your star colour. Looks good on you :) I want to tank you for always being so supportive and wonderful to me. Your generousity with your kind words have really been a blessing to me. Ill be out in the woods for a week or so and I will keep an open mind and try to find some "natural" materials to use. Take care of yourself and I will post when I get back!
