Why do see dreams ??

I doubt you can choose what dreams you would like to have. Would be nice though.

As to why do we see dreams... some people think that dreams are a kind of "feedback" that occurs when the brain moves and organises events from the short term memory into long term memory.

We can dream we cannot choose the dream, because it is just a dream, try to realise your dream if u can....

Yes Probably. But it requires some exercise mentally. You keep on thinking of something - in the morning, in the evening and in the night. Bet at it all the time so much so that you are crazy about it. Read about that, write about that, hear about it and see about it. Sooner or later, you will have drams on that subject.

Go to Wikipedia and look up lucid dreaming. I've done it, but not on purpose.

i do think we can choose an aspect of our dreams but the mind might hide it to protect you i was wondering have you ever dreamt in colour ?
