I know many friends want to lose weight. Now i'd like to share my lose-weight experience. Few years ago, i had a bad illness. For cure quickly, my doctor give me drugs and injections with hormone. After my body absorbing these hormone, i get fatter than before. I was so sad that time. But i pick up courage at once. Every dinner, i ate more vegetables and fruit,less rice and these food rich of starch. Every day, i walked or slow-run for half an hour. Every weekends,i did some sports,like tennis, pingpong,skipping```` Slowly```slowly```i recoved the org weight. In a word, losing weight can't leave two ways:keep diet and keep exercise.

Older friends are easy to gain weight. It's nommalised. Because their body fat be burned slower than before. If they lose too much weight,the skin will appearance wrinkle. It's better to lose weight little by little and slowly by slowly,which can keep you thinner,health and no wrinkle.

hi zhuxia.......I agree with you. I have come to the conclusion that no miracles can make you loose weight. It is only control on what you eat and how much you eat. Doing exercise every day, which should include walking for half an hour if nothing else. and determination.....which is very important and that is what I don't have.........I am only preaching, but not practicing........oops....now everybody knows this.......

Hi Zhuxia You are right. you can not lose weight by one to two days. It is a slow process and sudden loss of weight is not good for health also. The best way to lose weight - as you said - is dieting and exercise. Drinking more water will help to reduce retension of water in the cells and helps to lose weight.
