Kentucky Friend Chicken(KFC) or McDonald's?

Honestly, I'm not a fan of either. KFC's chicken (at least here in Canada) is more grease than chicken. And they don't serve mashed potatoes or biscuits. Instead we get greasy, limp french fries. And I'm not happy with the way they treat the chickens before they kill them. McDonalds burgers are okay. They're not awful. They're not great. I think Harvey's and A&W make infinitely better burgers.

this is a really hard question. i like them both. i don't eat regullarly at either of them, but sometimes i just want to eat a burger or chicken. it depends on the mood i'm in. choosing one is really hard for me, but i have to choose kfc. i think their chicken is the best, but mcdonald's have also very good burgers. the two are quite different so choosing one is kind of imposible because of their different menus.

I have to be in the mood for fast food. Too much of it and I start hating it. There was a period for a few months a few years ago, that that was my only choice because of where I was staying. I couldn't cook there and I got really, really sick of it. Between those two choices, I guess it just depends on my mood. I know I have had worse service with Kentucky Fried Chicken than I have had with McDonald's. In fact at the KFC Hubby and I go to on occasion, the term fast food just doesn't apply, when you wait for 25 minutes to get a simple order. The food is fine , but the horrible service keeps us away from there a lot of the time. We have to really be craving it to even go there. I do like different food items at each place, but I have other fast food places I like better than KFC or McDonald's. The kids have alwasy loved the Happy Meals at McDonald's, so we do end up going there sometimes just because of those.

Hello koharukusumi. Choosing between KFC and McDonalds is a tough choice for me because I do not eat fast food much. I guess I would go with KFC because I read something recently that they were adding a healthier roasted chicken on their menu. I have had a yogurt parfait from McDonalds a couple of times and I find them very refreshing. I guess it's safe to say that these 2 restaurants have plenty of business without me. PearlGrace

I like KFC far more than McDonald's. I've just eaten far too much McDonald's in the past and KFC tastes better anyways. Mmm, grease is good. The KFC food just tastes better in every way, shape, and taste. I've never really liked McDonald's burgers because you need to eat like 6-7 of them to be full. KFC on the other hand, requires you to eat 3-4 pieces of chicken and half a box of fries and the grease makes you feel like you've eaten 30 Grandpa burgers from A&W. I'm sure everyone has a different opinion, but that's what I like!

We eat at both KFC and McDonald's. If it is for something fast,it will be McD's. But, if we really want a meal of good chicken, we will go to KFC. I love their original chicken, mashed potatoes,green beans and corn. At McDonald's, I love their chicken sandwiches. They have a new chicken sandwich which is very tender, if they don't cook it too long. I first ate it at one McD's and it was wonderful. But, other night, I had it at the one we frequent most, and they cooked the chicken way too long, making it tough.

kfc hands down. they have everything mcdonalds have and more. their chicken is 10 times better than mcdonalds. our kfc here is combined with long john silvers. so you can actually order from both menus at the same time. kfc also has mashed potatoes and cole slaw. i would choose kfc every time. but we also have wendy's, burger king, dominoes, pizza hut and papa johns. lol

I really don't eat fast food but if I had to McDonald's would be it. KFC treats their chicken inhumane and we are not even sure what they are serving so, I'll stick to the lesser of the two evils.

I like KFC alot better than McDonalds. But we can have McDonalds any time we want as it is just on the corner from us. We no longer have KFC here we have to go out of town to get that delicous extra crispy chicken with mashed potatos and gravy yummy.

Sometimes I prefer KFC, sometimes I prefer McDonald. Bu I think KFC is a bit expensive than McDonald. I like McDonald's french fries, but not others, I like most of the food in KFC, but not the french fries. Even thugh the fast food is fasater and easier to get, but it's not healthy, we should think for our health for the food consuming cause whathever we take in, it will absorb into our body.

I personally prefer KFC. I love their chicken and biscuits. The mashed potatoes and cole slaw are really good too. I never ate McDonald's, I love Burger King though, but that's a whole different story on it's own right? Anyway, it's definitely KFC for me. Can't resist their chicken sometimes!

There is no longer a McDonald in Jamaica. But when there was one I used to enjoy eating at both of them. Every restuarants has their unique tastes. The joy about these restuarants is that when you are tired of eating at one you can go on over the other. All the best.

KFC is my choice when it comes to chicken, MCdonald's chicken Mcnuggets taste great to me. But I don't over indulge myself because you know fastfoods do put a lot of additives and msg in their stuff and that is not good for our health.

How could you pass up 1 dollar double cheeseburgers, oh man I love those. Not a big fan of KFC

I live in Graz and we have had McD for years now, but KFC only opened a few months ago, so I went to try it out yesterday. I was disappointed with my visit yesterday and my son and I could not even finish the chicken or chips, as they were very greasy! Well, it will be back to McD or BK next time!

Honestly I avoid fast foods. They are unhealthy but when the craving hits I'd say KFC.

I like Kentucky Fried Chicken but it does not like me. It is too fattening. I do find that it also depends on the owner. I would rather have good chicken, and I do wish the fast food chains would offer multi grain or whole wheat grain buns. I would like them better then.

McDonalds. But, only because I haven't been to KFC in years. We don't have one nearby, so we always got to McDonalds.

Well, for chicken, I like the Kentucky Chicken better. Especially the whipped potatoes and the sauce that goes with it. For chicken nuggets, Macdonald's are the best! But for burgers, both of them cannot fight with Burger King or Carl's Jr. Both Macdonald and Kentucky has a long way to go to make burgers as nice as those of Burger King or Carl's Jr. As for Fries, no one can beat the chunky goodness of MOS Burger fries! They are simply the BEST! I dunno how you will be able to place my vote in such a case.

I always liked the biscuit ever since they offered it. I think their burger buns are better than others. Cheers!!
