Say, does anyone use facebook applications? I put several applications on my facebook site and they seem to be a good way to introduce others to the kind of marketing I like to do online. I am new to facebook and wonder if you can create your own applications or do you have to be interfaced by a site offerring you an application? If anyone knows the answer to this, please enlighten me.

In fact I'm quiet new in facebook myself but I've aready tried many application and learned how to like this wonderful website.
I use many application which my friends created and also some other applications which people send me.
In order to make your own application you don't need a special knowledge. In Facebook, you can create your own quizzes and send them as an applications. You can make your own application in which the members who add this application can send photos to each other.
But there are some more complicated applications that are built by proffesional programmers like "The Mafia Wars" or some other applications... In order to create applications like this you have to be a programmer.
