Riding a bus with a smoker!!

I usually have a public ride going to work, sometimes bus and or jeepneys. To those who are not familiar with jeepneys, this is our mode of transportation in the Philippines. Wehn there is somebody smoking inside the vehicle it made me feel dizzy. I am not comfortable and it ruined my day. It makes me feel upset. why this people are very inconsiderate with others? that is rude.. but wome people don't understand that it is offending to others when they start to blow their smoke. Oh!!! very upsetting.
To those who are having public ride, did you experience riding with a smoker? It drives me nuts... Waht did you do? tell them to throw away their cigarettes or just show them you are
not feeling good by covering your nose? Tough!!

well, i don't stop them directly.. I try to make them notice that they are annoying me with the smoke that they're "GENEROUSLY" giving me!! if they notice it and stop their smoking.. "Thank God" but if no.. i don't have any choice but to cover my nose and when there's another seat farther from that smoker.. i seat there just to get away from him.

Hi! I also live in the Philippines. Yes, those people who smoke inside public vehicles are very rude. They don't think of the health of the people around them. I do smoke but I know the right place. I don't smoke if I know other people would take in the smoke. I usually smoke at the back of our house.
But there are place where they don't allow smoking inside public vehicles like Makati and Marikina to name a few.

I always experienced such and yah its true its quite annoying and I often tell the smoker to please respect the rights of other passengers. Are you not aware that we already have a law regarding such a thing? Says there, we have every right to get away with such practice.
