I just started these site they are supposed to help out by sending traffic to your site the names are traffic era and trafficattitude if you want to join give me a messege and ill send you their referral.

I guess Blogher and CafeMom are considered forums. I joined those and post messages with my signature that includes my blog link. I try to join relevant groups that might actually be interested in my blog topic.
