Tips for good health!!Do you have any????

Just curious!! what do you do to maintain a good health. My tips are,taking lots of water and quit taking drugs or smoking.

Its really a good discussion, every one should read and also respond their point of view.. under this topic.. Actually, if you need to maintain the good health, always one should take the food in the proper timings, because the untime food also will cause the Poor/bad health.. And also, as per the doctors advise, its always better to have something once in two hours, instead of took the stomach full of food twice or thrice in a day. And also, those who are in fat, little more weight, used to have a habit of control in their food habits. Its totally wrong.. they should not reduce the foods, they should be split the same in 4 or 5 times in a day.. And also as you said, take more water, and also you should be habit of timly toilet and bothroom, you should not control it for long time.. this will also cause some bad health.. Like that, we have more things to follow.. lets wait for the other peoples comments.. also. Thanks for the discussions, all the very best.

You have to have some exercise also, atleast for half an hour per day. Walking in normal speed for half an hour to one hour will do great. In addition to this quality food with all nutrients is an essential factor for maintaining good health. Quit junk and packet food and include more fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet.

Avoid processed foods, all high fructose corn syrup, reduce sugar consumption to near zero. Eat fats in moderation, do not avoid them, they are dangerous only when you eat a high carb diet. Low fat foods are always high in the garbage factor. Keep a positive attitude in life.

Make sure to have quality sleep everyday. Some people suggested to wake up earlier and to sleep earlier. Morning air is good for our health and midnight air is bad for our health (even if it is still inside the house). So these days I follow their suggestion to restore my energy back. Always eat on time ... to avoid digestive problems. And … have a morning walk is good for our enthusiasm to start our activities during the day. ;)

Relax you body and mind, get enough sleep, exercise a bit..something that you like and enjoyable. Eat the right kind of foods. Breathe deeply. Smile everyday if possible. Pray and have faith to God..its the best way to stay healthy.
