Ugghhh... In life, often times we learn our lessons through difficult situations. I've had quite a lot already and they do teach me lessons. Like, when my dad left us and I broke down, when I had my first mild stroke, when I got totally broke (I was down to $.04), when I gave up to drinking/smoking, and Today... It may have gone a something worse. I was typing here enjoying my early morning when I tried to fix my sitting position, I was shocked. I bent over and suddenly, I felt a heavy pain on my chest. Real heavy and it isn't concentrated on a certain part of the chest, the pain was wide across the chest. It was lasted for only about 2 or 3 seconds though and I tried to immediately calm myself... I'm a bit afraid to ask but I think I'll be ok. Is that what I think it is?? It's still fresh. Happened a few moments ago. why....

My gosh you have been through much , but know you are not alone . I know you know that things do get better in time.It just is so hard sometimes How are you feeling now ? I hope better and I know you must be thinking the worse. It could be an array of things , but I would get check out to just be on the safe side . If you were thinking or a little stressed you could of had an anxiety atttack /panic . I hope you are okay .

It's ok. Thanks again my friend. Well, yeah. I've been through a lot sicknesses that aren't even common in my age group. It might be payback. I abused my body quite a lot. I'm doing better now and I plan to take care of myself more. It was just around 2 seconds though and it went away. It was uncomfortable though. Hopefully it stays as muscle pain. Take care mets!

have yourself checked..the chest pain could be a sign of a heart problem..i am not diagnosing but it is better to be sure..Trials often come in our to test how strong we really are..God put us into this test because He has more faith on us than we have on Him..trials make us stronger than what we are before it will serve as your challenge not to repeat the same incident as before..just have faith and be strong..God bless you my friend

Thank you for your kind and enlightening words. Yeah, and most of them are tough ones. We are always challenged almost everyday. Some are small and we don't even realize some. I'm doing ok now. The episode didn't occur again but I'm having shortness of breath. Crap. Maybe it's asthma....

It sounds like maybe you are having a heart attack. You had better make a doctors appointment, it may be a warning.

Hi Rob! Yeah, I won't discount the fact that it may have been that one. (sigh) I'll be going through some tests to make sure. Thank you for the reminder, I appreciate it.

You better have your self check up my friend. If your asking some computer related problem than I would probably have a quick answer but its not, its not that simple. Calm your self and don't think of any bad things. When your able then look for someone to assist you and visit your doctor just to make sure. Take care my friend.

Hi bro! Just got some medical advise. It does seem that it's muscular in nature. However, we will still not discharge the possibility that it may be heart related. I'm much better now. Thank you!

hopefully you have already seen some one or are going to get help but it could be angina instead of a heart attack and some panic attacks have fooled some one into thinking they had heart attacks.. i hope whatever it was you are ok now.. but def go to a doc or something to get double checked

Thank you. It was muscle pain initially. I have to go do tests to ensure it isn't heart related. Thanks again. I do feel better now. Take care!
