questions about platinum lounge

i have a few questions about platinum lounge: will a user on the site please tell me onformation about these various things?
1-How dou you qualif for payment to your card?
2-How much can you make in one week on the card?
3-have you evr been paid?
4-how do you know if you have been paid or not?
helping me with those questions would be so helpful. thanks alot!

I think these are all valid questions. I joined under someone else on here and am still trying to figure the site out. It looks to me that only the top ten people get paid but that has to be wrong. I hope someone answers you as I want to know also. I have been on a week and only have 1300 points and some of the top people have over 12000.
