are you nocturnal?

hi there friend, i am definitely a nocturnal and i am more active in the evenings. moreover, i love staying up... most of the time, my friends from the other side of the globe would buzz me and remind me to sleep already...LOL.. that's why i often be invisible around 2-3 am... hehehe... the bad thing is, that i live in a world where the morning sparrows chirp! hahaha... if i have to go to work very early morning, i am just in an autopilot mode...hehehe... it would take several doses of caffeine to wake me up... hehehe... if i have something important to finish, i rather stay up than risking not being able to wake up in the morning to do it. i had tried going to bed early so i can work on something but i failed. so better go to sleep after finishing it. in the mornings, i am always struggling to be on time...hehehe... usually, after lunch, i can feel my energy level is at its optimum. take care.

Oh definitely, I am a total night person! I have been for a long time. Even when I go to sleep at a decent hour, and then wake up in the morning, I notice my energy level starts out very low and builds throughtout the day and it's at a peak during the night. Which is why I usually don't get to sleep at a decent hour! When I was still in college, late at night was when I did stuff I had to do for school, and actually, a lot of times I would end up pulling all nighters and just going to class on no sleep. It did catch up with me, but it worked from me a lot of times!
