What will you be doing on the 4th of July?

I would really like to do something, since I am not working now, but with the gas prices and such, I am not sure what I will be doing.
My husband's son, lives near the jersey shore, we may go there, but the private beach near their home is so dirty.
Many people just use it for fishing.
I would also like to bar b q, would love some delicious baby back ribs.
What will you be doing?

We are going camping in Wyoming. We will leave Thursday night and return Monday afternoon.

That sounds like fun, I miss camping, haven't gone in a couple of years now.
Do you do tents or campers. We always used a tent.

The 4th of July, fo me will most likely be spent with my family since it is my sister-in-lae's birthday. We will probably have a barbecue and celebrate both the holiday and her birthday with fireworks for the kids and great food and company for the adults. Later on in the evening I will probably meet up with friends and go watch the annual firework show.
