Hi,
I recently read a child called it for class. I heard that there was a lot of controversery surrounding this book and was wondering what your thoughts were on this book. Does anyone feel that it is true? or do you think that it was very exaggerated?

I dont know enoght about the book or the circumstances to know whether or not it was truthful. I believe I did read the book at one time. I think it wa a class project. I'm not sure why you think the circumstances were not truthful or upfront.

I think becuase his brother worte a book stating that the book was not truthful or upfront. Also there have been interviews done with his grandmother who states that it was not true as well

This was a documented case of child abuse. If fact, it was one of the worst ever recorded in the state.

I was not aware that it was a documented case of child abuse. I did know it was one of the worst cases ever heard of. I just found it weird that his borhter wrote a book stating that none of the events were true.
