How can I get the Credit Cards in India?

I am studying final year MCA. I need Credit Card for verifying my PayPal account. In India debit or ATM cards or not allowed for online transactions. So that I need credit Card.
But No Indian Banks offer the Credit Card for Students.
Do anybody know any Indian Bank offers Credit Card for Students?

Yes i know Bracly bank,Andhra Bank,Bank of India,provides cradit card for students.I am a sudent I have one.

but is there any requirement to get the Credit Card? That is minimum balance or Higher Transaction.

Please go for a Debit Card, I think you can withdraw money through bank account and/or Debit card from your paypal account.

You re studyin MCA..So you must be above 18..Rite??
Then you can easily open a bank act n get a cc issued on it..Is it not possible??
Try ICICI bank..I guess they mite have some offers for student cards
